We work to process and ship KareTides orders quickly and securely. Here’s what you need to know about processing, tracking, and delivery.
Ordering
Browse our selection of research peptides and compounds, select the products you need, add them to your cart, and complete checkout. Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.
Available payment methods are displayed securely during checkout. Payment information is processed through our third-party payment providers, and KareTides does not necessarily receive or store your complete payment card information.
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact KareTides Support immediately with your order number. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once processing has begun.

Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery estimates begin when your order ships and may vary depending on the shipping method, carrier, destination, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking information. You can use the tracking number to follow your shipment directly through the carrier.
KareTides products are carefully packaged to help protect them from physical damage during transit. Products are shipped in appropriate packaging based on their format and applicable storage requirements.

All KareTides products are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or any other clinical application.
Storage requirements may vary by product. Researchers should review the applicable product information and Certificate of Analysis when available and follow appropriate laboratory storage procedures. Proper storage and handling after delivery are the responsibility of the purchaser.
KareTides does not provide dosing instructions, administration protocols, medical guidance, or recommendations for human or animal use. Any information provided on our website is intended solely for legitimate laboratory research and informational purposes.
Quality & Testing
Yes. KareTides utilizes Kovera Labs, an independent third-party laboratory, to test our products for quality and purity. Testing information and applicable Certificates of Analysis reflect the results obtained at the time the applicable sample was analyzed.
A Certificate of Analysis provides analytical information associated with a tested product or batch. COAs may include information such as product identity, purity, or other testing results depending on the analysis performed.
Available Certificates of Analysis can be accessed through KareTides product or certificate information on our website. If you need assistance locating a specific COA, contact KareTides Support with the applicable product and lot or batch information.
No. Certificates of Analysis and third-party testing results reflect testing performed at the time of analysis and are provided for informational and research purposes. They do not guarantee a particular experimental outcome or establish suitability for a specific research application.
Returns & Support
Due to the nature of our research-use materials and quality-control standards, all sales are final. KareTides does not accept returns, offer exchanges, or provide monetary refunds.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact KareTides within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label, and a brief description of the issue. After review, eligible claims may be resolved through a replacement or partial or full store credit in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact KareTides Support so we can review the available tracking information. Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier, KareTides is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
Yes. Every KareTides product is sold strictly for laboratory research purposes only and is not intended for human or veterinary use. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
