KareTides is committed to providing high-quality, research-grade materials. Due to the nature of our products and our quality-control standards, all sales are final.
1. All Sales Are Final
Because our products are intended for laboratory and research use, we are unable to accept returns, offer exchanges, or provide refunds. Once an order has been placed and shipped, the sale is considered complete and final.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. When contacting us, please include your order number, clear photos of the item or items received, photos of the packaging and shipping label, and a brief description of the issue.
Our team will review your request and determine an appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include replacement of the damaged or incorrect item or partial or full store credit. Monetary refunds are generally not provided except in limited circumstances where a replacement or other resolution is not possible.
3. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, KareTides is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, packages delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout, or other delivery issues occurring after confirmed delivery. If you are unable to locate a package marked as delivered, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to initiate a trace or claim.
4. No Returns on Research-Use Materials
For quality-control, safety, and product-integrity reasons, KareTides cannot accept returns of opened or unopened products, research chemicals or peptides, temperature-sensitive products, or products that have left our controlled shipping and handling process. These restrictions help us maintain consistent product integrity and quality standards for all customers.
